The build Windows 11 AIO v25H2 Build 26200.6718 (16in1) – (No TPM) PreActivated is a customized version of the Windows 11 operating system, updated as of September 2025. A key feature of this build is that it retains most of the original Windows 11 functionalities but has removed the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) requirement and comes PreActivated, offering convenience to users.
This is not a deeply customized (tweaked) build but rather focuses on removing the TPM barrier and providing an activated state, making installation easier on a wider range of older hardware or systems that do not meet the TPM 2.0 requirement.
Origin and Release Method of Windows 11 25H2
On August 29, 2025, Microsoft released the first official preview of Windows 11 version 25H2 (also known as the “2025 Update”) through the Release Preview Channel of the Windows Insider Program. This update is being rolled out as an enablement package for devices already running version 24H2.
This means that Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2 use the same underlying system files and architecture. Users do not need to reinstall the entire operating system to move between them. Instead of a large, full-featured update, Microsoft simply “flips the switch” with a small enablement package that activates the 25H2 features already present in 24H2. This method makes the update faster, less risky, and easier to roll back.
Releasing 25H2 to the Release Preview Channel first allows Microsoft to gather feedback on new features, stability, and compatibility from a large but still controlled group of testers. The Release Preview Channel is also the last stop before general availability, signaling that the final release is near and helping Microsoft test servicing, cumulative updates, and ISOs before they reach all users. In early September, Microsoft will also make available the official preview of the Windows 11 25H2 ISO file, which can be used to perform a clean installation of the operating system.
